The flat has been newly refurbished so fixtures are brand new.
The flat comes with living and dining area with balcony, seperate kitchen and bathroom which you will share with me.
There is unlimited wifi, 24 Hrs hot-cold water.
There will be tea and coffee provided.
The flat is on the second floor accesible by stairs only(25 steps) The space It’s a 2 bedroom property, with one bathroom, a living dining area, separate kitchen and balcony attached to the living area.
One bedroom is occupied by my partner and I, so you will have your own bedroom whilst you be sharing the common spaces with us.
Guest access The guests will have access to their own bedroom, shared living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and hallway.
The second bedroom is occupied by me, so you won’t have access to the second bedroom.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
