The property is fenced and you have direct neighbours.

The bright decor with natural colours invites you to linger, make yourself comfortable in the air-conditioned living area, watch a film in the satellite TV or read a book.
The dining room is also independent and can accommodate 6 people.
Finally the kitchen, also independent and fully equipped to cook with comfort: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a table with 6 chairs to cook in company.
In the house you will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In this accommodation you can choose between three bedrooms to rest.
The first has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
And it is on the ground floor, where you will also find another bathroom with shower.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with two single beds, the other with double bed.
Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe.

Everything else can be found in Cala D'Or and Porto Petro.

The beach is only 950m from the house and although it is very small, a true paradise with fine sand and clear water.
Other beaches in the area are the beaches in the Mondragó Natural Park, Cala Esmeralda or Cala Ferrera.
