Located in the Volkstedt district of Rudolstadt, we offer you a home with a modern atmosphere and many advantages.
The ground-floor accessible apartment has an entrance area, kitchen, and bathroom with a separate toilet.
The large living and sleeping area is separated by a room divider.
A window front over 3 meters long and a large skylight provide plenty of light and a good mood all day long.
The location of the holiday apartment is a good starting point for hikes and bike tours around Rudolstadt.
In the nearby leisure pool "SAALEMAXX," you can also enjoy your vacation days even in bad weather.

Modernly furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, parking space, and bicycle garage. The living/sleeping area is separated by a room divider. For up to 4 people, there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and for additional sleeping, a fold-out sofa bed measuring 140 x 200 cm is available. For the little ones, there is a travel cot, a high chair, and enough space for a stroller. The entire holiday apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and ventilation. Through the more than 3 m long front window and the 2 x 1 m skylight, the entire living area is flooded with light. The sanitary area is divided into a toilet and a bathroom/shower. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, etc., leaves nothing to be desired. The facilities are complemented by Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Alles sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet.
Ev. fehlt für den Sommer ein kleiner Platz draußen zum Sitzen, aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich Zuhause zu fühlen und die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, liegt in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhausgegend, nebenan Feld und Wiesen.
Zum Einkauf oder nach Rudolstadt/Innenstadt ist es (mit dem Auto) nicht weit, für uns ein guten Ausgangspunkt, um Feengrotten, Burgen und die schöne Gegend zu erkunden.
Ein Außensitzplatz wäre noch toll 😍👌.
Keine Kritik, nur, weil wir es eben SEHR ruhig gewohnt sind (wer also empfindlich ist...) :
Man hört den Berufsverkehr am Morgen etwas.
