A first gîte "La Basse Cour" n° 4292 of 110 m² on the ground floor and first floor with a living room of 55 m² with equipped kitchen and lounge where the whole family can meet to eat, 2 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, second lounge upstairs which offers direct access to the patio of 12 m², which provides communication between the two gîtes.
A second gîte "Le Poulailler" n° 4293 of 130 m² on the ground floor and first floor, living room of 40 m² with equipped kitchen and lounge, 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor.
Outdoor space with garden furniture, unfenced land.
Located 20 minutes from Saint-Étienne.

Possible extension for 5 more people, for a total of 19 people.

Ideal for meeting up with friends or family, while remaining independent! These cottages have been converted into an old barn whose stone and wood features have been preserved and enhanced.
We will particularly appreciate the coolness of the rooms during the hot summer days and the large capacity of the cottage.
In mid-season, the wood stoves provide pleasant warmth as additional heating.

L'environnement des gîtes est très agréable même si on n'a pas pu trop en profiter à cause de la météo, la propriétaire est flexible et très sympa, il y a largement de quoi cuisiner pour plein !
Attention le sol est froid ! Prévoyez des pantoufles !!
Un peu plus de papier toilette et des pastilles pour lave vaisselle (ou au moins l'info qu'il n'y en a pas) auraient été de vrais plus !
