Sunset View is a beautiful 110 square meter villa located just steps away from the magnificent crystal-clear waters of the sandy beach of Plakias, with its myriad tourist attractions and famous nightlife.
The villa has a 2-story layout.
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a twin bedroom and a shower/WC, as well as a kitchenette.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 more twin bedrooms, 2 showers/WC (one en-suite in one of the bedrooms), a large living room, a satellite TV, sofas, and an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen.
All single beds have a mattress topper and can be converted into double beds.
All areas are fully air-conditioned and covered by WiFi internet.
In the outdoor areas, you'll discover a private swimming pool(Please note that the swimming pool will not be available from 15/11 to 15/03) and a terrace with sunbeds, both offering unobstructed and breathtaking sea views.
The area is renowned for its variety of attractions, featuring a fantastic sandy beach, sea water sports, fish taverns, restaurants, scuba diving opportunities, cafes, and bars.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Pool mit Aussicht, sehr gute Betten, Reinigungsteam das 2x wöchentlich. sauber macht und auch frische Handtücher bringt
Schwierig zu finden vor allem bei Anreise in der Nacht. leider war der große Sonnenschirm kaputt und es wurde auch kein Ersatz gebracht trotz sofortiger Meldung bei Ankunft. Sonst kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden.
Entspannter Urlaub, schönes Haus und gutes Service!

Alles eingebettet in eine schöne Umgebung (Strände, gutes Essen, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und sehr herzliche und humorvolle Bewohner:innen!

The property is modern and very nicely maintained. The poatio and pool provide such a nice view for sunsets, we truely enjoyed our stay! I will say, that the showers w/o curtain or glass surrounding then beeded some getting use to. The house is well equipped, spacious and very close to the beach.
