The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm, or 180 x 200 cm).
In the larger bedroom there is also a sofa bed with a bed area of 160 x 200 cm for 2 more people).
There is also a large living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a newly renovated bathrooms, and access to the roof terrace.
In both bedrooms you will find spacious wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and for the warmer days a quietly running ceiling fans.
On healthy sleep comfort, we have set great store in the selection of our mattresses in both bedrooms.
The spacious living room is equipped with a sofa for five to six people.
There is a flat screen Tv with satellite connection and a good stereo with Usb port.
The dining area in the kitchen is tastefully furnished in a country house style with a large dining table that comfortably seats six people.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen in modern glossy design leaves nothing to be desired.

Super Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht, sauber, tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, die Gastgeberin super nett😁
Die Dusche sehr klein, die Männer hatten probleme ßich zu duschen🤣
Zusammengefasst waren wir trotz der Lautstärke nachts sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage war perfekt. Mitten in der Stadt von Cochem.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Die Wohnungsverwalterin Johanna ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist nach vorne raus.
Am Wochenende kann es dort sehr laut werden, da gegenüber eine Kneipe ist.
